Issues to be Addressed
- Nothing but toilet paper is to be flushed down toilet at Colony Park - NO wipes - NO paper towels - NO diapers or Feminine products - ONLY Toilet Paper
- We will be checking every month to see that AC filter has been changed
- We have to stop ALL calls for AC repairs. Most of these issues are caused from NOT changing filter and NOT putting vinegar in the drain lines
- If we find that any of the plumbing or AC issues are caused by tenant NOT following procedures, the tenant will be billed for the repair services
