The two additional bedrooms also have direct access to a small balcony. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, and ample cabinet space. Full size washer and dryer inside unit. Santa Rosa Towers amenities include a Community pool, tennis courts, workout room, one covered assigned parking spot, overflow parking, and gated access.

Master=King, 2nd BR= Queen, and 3rd BR= 2 Twins (Daybed with trundle bed). Living Room=Sofa Sleeper. Unit sleeps 8 people.

Wall mounted TV in Master Bedroom, 49" TV in Living Room, 28" TV in 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms. DVD players in Living Room, 2nd, and 3rd bedrooms. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and individual must occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.
